Hi everyone. I had the enjoyable opportunity of meeting Selma for breakfast in Fremantle just after her return from her adventurous Kimberley trip in April. Highlights included arriving in Broome during a cyclone alert (and being advised that no, it was not a good idea to stay in their vehicle), a camping trip to El Questro, a helicopter tour of the spectacular bungle bungles, self-guided canoe trip down the Ord with a hand drawn map of hidden secret locations, swimming in cascading waterfalls just after the wet season, getting bogged twice in the 4WD and many other memorable stories. A perfect conclusion to the 6 year Aussie adventure.

I gave Selma the group present from all of us, which was one of Val's prints, of the Kimberely. Selma really loved it and looked at it for quite some time upon receiving it.

The following evening was the official farewell at the airport - it was an emotional goodbye for many of us, especially Selma, as Selma and Guido headed back to their homeland.
