We are introducing a cycle intervals and skills sessions to our timetable. Under the guidance of Sarah Hunter your intervals work on the bike will be easier to bear! Sarah has been training with the Wellbeings programme for several years now. She did her first triathlon at Ironman WA in 2010 in a very respectable 11:40. Sarah’s passion is cycling and she has recorded excellent results in local mountain bike events including the grueling Cape to Cape multi stage race with podium finishes in 2013 and 2014. Those that know Sarah will acknowledge that she is a vibrant woman with great communication skills. Apart from her experience and knowledge, Sarah has completed a triathlon coaching accreditation certificate as well as a Level 3 Certification in Fitness.
The sessions will commence on Tuesday August 4th.
