Wellbeings offers two different types of running training – interval training and tempo running.
Interval Training
Interval training alternates short, high intensity bursts of activity with periods of rest and recovery in between.
Interval training uses the body’s two energy-producing systems: the aerobic and the anaerobic.
During aerobic exercise, or cardio, your breathing and heart rate increases for a sustained period of time. While anaerobic exercises involve quick bursts of energy performed at maximum effort for a short time.

Tempo Running
Tempo running is one block of running at a consistent pace with no breaks or recovery.
