Wellbeings offers two types of swim sessions, training and social. Whichever session you choose, you are guaranteed to find our swim training fun and challenging.
Some of our gang swim simply for health and fitness, others are preparing for open water swims and there are some who swim in teams, duos or solo for the Rottnest Swim.
Swim Training
Join us for a swim training session at the Claremont Aquatic Centre on a Monday or Thursday morning.
At Claremont Claremont Aquatic Centre we have three lanes to cater for the diverse range of fitness and abilities within the group. The sessions have considerable variety in order to address technique development, general conditioning and specific conditioning to meet event demands for those who choose that path.
Social Swimming
Our social swim sessions are held at Fremantle Leisure Centre on a Saturday afternoon and we also have ocean swimming each Sunday morning.
