“I’ve been part of the Wellbeings program for more than 10 years, and over that time I have achieved much more than I ever thought possible! I have also learnt so much about myself, and many of the positives/strengths gained from the program, I’ve been able to transfer to my professional life.
Carol’s programs have allowed me to complete marathons, half ironmans, half marathons, smaller triathlons, Rottnest Channel swims, and the 3 Dams Ride, to name a few! Some of these have been on my bucket list and have taken me to the east coast of Australia and Europe.
I am an average all rounder, and completing a Wellbeings training programme gives me the confidence to enter events knowing I will be very well prepared and will still be running, riding or swimming at the end! Carol has tailored my programmes to suit my ability from a physical and mental perspective, and also understands the need to manage training around full-time work.
The Wellbeings programme/squad has a strong sense of community and it has been fantastic to observe everybody who joins achieve so much: some on the world stage! The care and camaraderie that exists amongst the group is fantastic.”

“Carol’s coaching has helped me reach goals I never thought possible. Before joining Wellbeings, I could only dream of racing 70.3 triathlons and marathons. Carol tailors the training plan to suit each individual, adapting it along the way to make sure you get to race day injury free and in peak condition.
I really enjoy training with the Wellbeings crew. It’s a great bunch of people looking to stay fit and achieve goals while balancing the demands of life, families and careers. Being able to share experiences and train with the group keeps me motivated.
With feedback and encouragement from Carol, I’ve been able to improve my results much quicker than by training on my own. I’ve learned more about the sport, improved my skills and technique and reduced the chance of injury. Best of all, it’s been a lot of fun along the way. Thanks Carol!”
